Basic Foundations of Pre-Litigation
Saturdays 9:00 am to 12:00 pm 8 classes, 8 Weeks
Tuition Price: $2,750
This 8-week program is intended for those who want to learn the basics of personal injury case management. Among other tasks, students will learn to: open a claim, understand insurance policies and limits, handle property damage for clients, handle medical treatment for clients, draft demands, and prepare a file for disbursement. Upon completion and a passing grade for the course, students receive a Certificate in Personal Injury Case Management.

2) Intake, Liability, and Investigation
3) Opening a New File
4) Property Damage
5) Medical Treatment and Case Value
6) Demands, Lien Negotiation, Dispersal & Settlement
7) Review Medical Records
8) Final Overview and Exam
Advanced Pre-Litigation
Saturdays 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm 1 day (Last Saturday of every month)
Tuition Price: $650
A continuation of the Basic Foundations of Pre-Litigation, this program is intended for those who want to learn more in depth important aspects of personal injury case management. Students will learn in detail topics such as: how to handle the property damage portion of a claim, how to increase case value, how to handle clients with pre-existing injuries and how to properly disburse the settlement between clients and medical providers.

*A certificate will not be given if only this course is taken, without taking the Basic Foundations of Pre-Litigation course
Basic Foundations of Litigation
Fridays 9:00 am to 3:00 pm 1 day (Last Friday of every month)
Tuition Price: $1,200
This program is intended for those who want to learn the basic stages of a civil lawsuit in a personal injury case. Students will learn about the court structure and court filings. They will also learn the basics of drafting basic pleadings, the steps to filing a complaint, and discovery methods.
